> Cancellation Policy

• Services cancelled between 30 and 15 days prior to departure will be no cancellation penality.
• Services cancelled between 14 and 3 days prior to departure will be charged a cancellation penality of 10 % of the total cost.
• Services cancelled from 3 days prior to the departure date will be charged a cancellation penality of 30%
  

> For transfers only:
In the event of a missed flight, the transfer will be rescheduled at no cost if we are notified in time. There may be additional charges for driver waiting time if clients do not exit the custom area within 1 hour of flight’s arrival.
