St. Moisè’s Church (Chiesa di S. Moisè)
The façade of the church of S. Moisè is an example of Venetian baroque architecture. On the interior of the church, it is possible to admire paintings and sculptures, including Tintoretto’s ‘La Lavanda dei Piedi’ which stands out.


Church of St. Stephen (Chiesa di Santo Stefano)

The Church was founded between the 14th – 15th centuries in a typical gothic style with a flourishing gothic entrance. The paintings of Tintoretto, Bonifacio de’ Pitati and of B. Vivarini are kept inside the church.


Accademia Galleries (Galleria dell’Accademia)
The gallery occupies the suppressed gothic church, the Palladian convent and the ancient School of Santa Maria of Charity. The Academia Gallery contains a collection of paintings that testify the Venetian masters between the 14th and 18th century.


Ca’ Rezzonico
The construction began in 1649 commissioned by L. Longhena and was completed by G. Massari after 1750. The architecture is baroque style. The 18th Century Venetian museum is inside the building.


The Carmini
The 14th century Church has a renaissance facade with a fourteenth century portal on the side. The church inside is richly decorated with seventeenth century paintings and statues.


St. Sebastian (San Sebastiano)
The Church is dates back to the 16th century. Veronese is buried inside the church and his paintings, together with those of T. Lombardo and Sansovino are also kept here.


Angelo Raffaele
The Church was rebuilt in 1639; the interior is seventeenth century style. G.A. Guardi’s paintings which decorate the organ’s parapet are highly considered.


Santa Maria della Salute
The Church was erected by B. Longhena and is a typical example of Venetian baroque architecture. The octagonal layout is decorated with statues, the hemispheric cupola dominates Venice’s panorama.
